“Food shows are among the most heavily trafficked events in our industry. BCCC was able to provide insight as early as the planning stage, delivered excellent services, and was able to accommodate even the most unique requests from our exhibitors, staff, and guests, including the use of their cooking facilities. There were no interruptions in the business flow of our Expo, and we were able to utilize them for a pre-show dinner as well. We look forward to returning to this venue.”
